Looks like an early die state N-9 to me. Pictures are not the greatest but I think it looks XF 40 or so sharpness to me. I think the white flecks should come off with some acetone and verdicare. $45 plus shipping is more than I usually spend on these types of coins but in XF this variety gets pricey. wow, thats some pathetic photos to grade from. the reverse appears to have quite a bit of verdigris floating around. it might make XF40 but may not grade straight
