Is the last photo of the 8 in 1918? If so, it looks like post strike damage--a long ago hit on the 8.

Yes, the last photo is of the 8 from 18. What could make it so perfectly flat on thate side like that?

Not a Struck Through, just damage, possibly from a vending machine.
