Bumpkin Pillar of the Community United States 509 Posts	Posted 09/26/2021 11:32 am Looks like you have found a Lincoln Cent that is already exhibiting some bubbled plating issues on the date and the nearby fields and not long before the bubbles erupt like Mt. coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 09/26/2021 3:02 pm To me it looks like it was damaged in a counting machine. Note the affect '1' is now parallel to the rim. So something mechanical affected that area. There are also bubbles on that area as well from gas/dust under the plating. But the bottom of the '1' looks pushed? Report this Post to the Staff
