I know its old but can anyone give me any details on it.

. It is a 1936 Denver minted coin in very nice condition.Very nice roll find.

Cool find in the wild. The 36-D is one of the higher mintages, very common in grades ranging as low as Good to low MS. I'd put yours at just making F12. There is one highly sought after variety, the 3 1/2 leg (this is not it). Yours looks to have a minor lamination peel on the back of the Buffalo above the rear legs, no added value, but worth noting.

Buffalo nickels are what sparked my Interest in this hobby as a kid, hope it does the same for you!
