Looked like maybe a mint mark on back side of coin under tail. And what looks kinda like a arrow or spear through the wing and chest of eagle just wanted to see what people thought

No, definitely not a mintmark where you thought it was, post 1968 they are obverse only, and pre 1964 they were always where you were thinking, reverse below eagles tail. Now it does look like to be a die gouge in your 2nd and 3rd images, but it looks like a normal scratch in your last photo. By the way, this 1972 quarter was minted in Denver, hence the D mintmark behind Washington's hair braid.

I know the d mint mark is in front just thought it was weird being in that spot on the back lol

If it were, it would be raised. This looks more like a stain. A stain will be level with the fields. Also it would be too small to be a mintmark.
