I suggest using (safe) plastic tubes and a sturdy box with some desiccant for moisture control.Keep them away from temperature extremes as well.

Any advice on storing them still in the wrapper? I don't think they'd fit in the tubes with the wrapper still on.

Use a nickel tube for the cents if you want to keep them in the wrapper.

I think the square tubes will usually accept rolls that are still wrapped.

scott,
I think the original paper wrappers will tone the coins over time because of the sulfur contact of the paper as well as other chemicals.

Don't worry about Sulfur or any other chemicals in the paper. Almost every substance on Earth requires something to make it do something. The Sulfur in the paper, it there really is any and I don't think so, could not effect your coins unless heat and humidity were there also. If you just take the rolls and put them in a Nickel plastic roll with some cotton on the side so they don't rattle, tape the top shut with clear tape so no air gets in. Those coins will still look the same in hundreds of years.
I've got many of those and occationally I take one out and check and nothing for at least 50 years now.
Anther thing you could do is to check on the manufacturer of the paper for those rolls. They are sold in many places. Call the manufacturer and ask if there is any Sulfur in the paper.
I did. There just ain't none. Peopel just say things without checking.

I have square tubes for my pennies and the OBW rolls will fit inside them but the lid doesn't go all the way on. The nickel tube sounds like a good idea if they are tall enough.
