Going to have to agree with CoinHunter4 on this one, looks like MD.
Compare your coin to the known RPM's of this year and denomination. Here's a link of the known RPM's for a 1964 -D Jeffy.

Better pictures would help. I think if you practiced a bit, you can find a way to get in nice and close AND still be in focus..
