would grade considering sending it in to be slabbed.

Looks like a Choice UNC to me, but there appears to be some bag marks / other imperfections that would prevent it from receiving an ultra high grade. If it were the small date variety, I would say it may be worthwhile to submit, but in this case I don't think so.
