i think its quite high but I don't know what the discoloration in the field does to the grade. cause there is almost no scratches and vert little hair lines. I was hoping for a PF69 but I cant grade proofs well so please correct me! also sorry the pics there kinda shet.

really darn. thats a real low grade for coming strait out of the cellophane. so the blemishes in the field really affect the grade that much. noted

Proofs are nearly impossible to grade from pictures.

PR-65

This coin has a light verdigris film over both sides. I have removed this type of haze from Lincolns in seconds with VERDI-CARE. Apply, let stand 10 seconds, rinse with distilled water and it will be gone. No need to ever touch the surfaces with anything.
