I've come across a 2012 P Hawaii volcanos quarter with a die chip. Should I get it graded or sell it on ebay?

Unfortunately neither. Die chips are very common on all U.S. minted coins. Do not submit it for grading, total waste of time and your money, and PLEASE..... Do not post it for sale on ebay unless you are asking 25 Cents for it. (and I can't tell what is going on with your coin, nor can I see a die chip, in your pictures) Just MHO here.

Your coin is worth 25 cents. Not worth spending about $50.00 getting graded.
