It looks to be about MS-62 and worth around $70, so not worth grading IMO.

Photos with less glare would be helpful to better estimate the grade...

With the Obv the way that it is, I doubt it will get above 60 so, no, not worth it to grade. Check the ebay "sold" prices and see that UNC's have sold for $20-40.
