1814 Contemporary Counterfeit 8 Reales?

I believe what I have here is a contemporary 8 reales counterfeit dated 1814. Would my assumptions be correct? I believe the assayers initials on this piece are engraved as RG, which is an initial set that doesn't exist. After weighing on a balance, the mass came out to be 24.40 grams. The sound this coin makes when doing a ping test sounds similar to this piece: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces30223.html I'd say this piece has some silver in it, but it's very debased.

Follow up: Even though this isn't a Carolus IIII 8 reales piece, could this coin still be classified as a Type I counterfeit?

Yes, that's a Class 1 counterfeit, looks like GNL#1814-O: A/R: Mo RG-001 (or similar). Great coin!

The coin is a contemporary counterfeit as identified above. The sale of the Mike Ringo collection included several of this type.
