Found this digging through tons of old english coins. The one matches a version of The Straits Settlements 1 cent. Obviously the Obverse not being died makes it a tough one. I'm thinking just a gaming token but I'd love to be wrong. Let me know what you think.
Thanks

Sadly, it is simply a token, usage unknown. Fairly common.

I think you were right when you were thinking it was some sort of token. I also agree with @al that you are unlikely to get very far as there aren't any helpful identifying marks.

Yea I was pretty sure it was a token, then I came across this straits settlement 1 cent coin and it looked fairly similar. So I researched a little (more than a little) and it said the original ones made for straits had no markings on where the coin was able to be used. Of course that was Wikipedia so there wasn't an example of what they meant. The 1884 1 straits has a very similar "1" but obviously more than that. I'll settle with a token but the explorer in me just wonders exactly what it is..or might be..or what I want it to be, or not to be.
Thanks citizens
