Hello I need to figure out if coin is doubled.also what grade does this appear to be.is it worthy of being sent to PCGS?Thanks for your help.

Please indicate where you see Doubling and supply a closeup of that area.
From what I can see, you have a 1986 Lincoln with a value of 1cent.
Certainly not worth spending about $50.00 getting it graded.

Given the photos posted, I'm seeing a (very) common '86 D Memorial cent. Shows the somewhat typical weak reverse 'STATES of'. Coin appears to be lightly circulated and has some localized staining. Scratch above CENT, and scratch east of Abe's face?

I agree, as shown, this coin wouldn't be a good candidate for grading. Might grade in the low to mid AU range.

When posting questions like this clear closeups are necessary as well as a more specific description of the areas you have questions about.
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.

Not worthy of having it graded. With fees of about $50 as JimmyD stated above, you wouldn't recoup your cost. Keep searching! p.s. Your coin photography is pretty good, please crop your photos just a little more next time.
