Ive had this what I think is a 1913 GB large penny for a while, can anyone tell me firstly if this coin has a mint error and if so what it is please ?

It could be an incomplete planchet, or it could be someone tried to put a hole into it and got too close to the rim and it broke through. It is for sure a GB 1913 penny .

Yeah could be a planchet flaw but I'm not sure how to tell it's genuine.
