I believe this to be the WDDR-007. The die chip beside the lip is in the right place however the bottom of the Fasces seems to match WDDR-009. Thanks in advance

If anything I would attribute this one to 009 based on your pics and what Wexlers info supplies, especially the look at the bottom of the torch. Look at the die markers for 009 vs. 007 and I think it may tell you something. Unfortunately, these minor doubled dies are not extravagantly documented, nor pictured, and the major sites do not give them a lot of detailed explanation. I looked at variety vista and they do not even have a 2015 Philly DDR listed. Wexler's is the best bet here to gain what knowledge you can based on the limited info supplied there.

I meant to add this: die markers are not always conclusive/indicative depending on the die stage and how much circulation a coin has been through. Die markers are no doubt a major key in attributing what variety or error you may have as long as the markers are there and haven't been 'eliminated' due to die issues such as grease filled and/or circulation damage which may remove or hide die chips and such.

ok Thankyou @Bumpkin I appreciate you looking and the information! I could not see all the markers for each one but I could see a marker from both the
007 and 009.
