The edge of the coin is no longer perfectly round as the metal has been pushed in and stretched out when pressure was applied to the surfaces. Just a spender. Post Mint Damage.

I'm in agreement with @yokozuna. Damaged in a parking lot or some other abrasive surface after leaving the mint, along with a touch of zinc rot.

Lack of a definable/strong rim is evidence of it being just post mint damage.
