These pictures don't do it justice, in the reflected light this penny looks like silver. So was this ultra cleaned, or does someone have another explanation?

Better pics would help. The coin is clearly not new, so cleaning seem the most likely cause, or perhaps some type of plating.

I'm seeing a copper Small Cent that should have a details rating because of gouge to face and reverse at 3:00 . Yes there's a small amount of silvery color on both sides . But I can assure you it's not silver composition .
