Help-Wanted-To-Identify-Unknown-Old-Coin-Please!

Hi folks, any help please in identifying what this coin is? The word looks like "FARA" but I cannot find that in any online search.

It is 2.22g in weight, and between 16mm and 18mm (it is way off circular!)

Any help gratefully received.
