2006-D 5c Discoloring And Machine Doubling?

There is definitely a discoloration as you can see compared to another nickel. There is also doubling ( Machine Doubling I think?) on the front and back. Thank you all! ps: I've seen some comments on different posts of mine the showed annoyance with my lack of knowledge regarding coins and also this forum. I got into this just recently after losing my job to covid and have really starting enjoying collecting and learning about coins. There are not a lot of young females who I've seen do this. Please be patient with me and if you are annoyed with me have the urge to be short and displeasant please remember I'm just trying to learn. Thank you again and I'm sorry for the long rant.
