2006-D 5c Discoloring And Machine Doubling?

all, I have this nickel and would like to know a little more about it. There is definitely a discoloration as you can see compared to another nickel. There is also doubling ( Machine Doubling I think?) on the front and back.

ps: I've seen some comments on different posts of mine the showed annoyance with my lack of knowledge regarding coins and also this forum. I got into this just recently after losing my job to covid and have really starting enjoying collecting and learning about coins. There are not a lot of young females who I've seen do this. Please be patient with me and if you are annoyed with me have the urge to be short and displeasant please remember I'm just trying to learn.

Machine Doubling on obverse as well. The hub doubling is confined to the central design areas. Not on the outer devices.
