I have read every post about the subject and every article that google has to offer. One minute I feel great about my submission, the next minute I am bummed out. I found in an original roll of 1954-p Lincolns, one particular coin with one tiny, tiny bag mark on the O of one cent on the reverse and I studied and it studied it for an hour front and back. The problem is the polishing lines , they are abundant. They go up to the bust then disappear. They run north - south on one side of face but east west on the opposite side of the face. I submitted the coin before I could take good pictures (which I can't do any way) but no spots and beautiful in color. This date and mintmark is very scarce and somewhat valuable in 66+ and 67. Before I posted this I searched
ebay for all ms-67 Lincoln wheats with a photograde picture and found dozens of ms-67's with these marks. I guess my question to you is, in your opinion or experience will this coin be docked for the polishing lines? only with a scope do you see them. I put ms-66 as minimum grade accepted. AN MS-65 is only 25$ ( I am sure they will listen to me LOL) the coin is well struck also with full wheat lines.
