Hey everybody, hope ya'll are doing well ")

I have a question regarding submitting doubled die coins to PCGS for grading and labeling. I've noticed that some of the more popular DDOs/DDRs such as (for Lincolns) 1971 DDO, 1972 DDO, 1980 DDO, 1983 DDR, etc. are a standalone posting on PCGS's price guide, meaning you don't have to click the "+" button on the left to see the drop down of various DDOs.

My question is: Do you have to submit/label each DDO / DDR coin with a variety attribution? What is the difference in the submission guidelines for coins shown immediately on price guide and those that are shown in the "+" drop down? Thanks in advance,

-Mike

There are some varieties that are well known and recognized that are listed automatically when they are graded. If they aren't automatic list varieties you have to request and pay for the variety attribution.
