Attached are 4 new photos:
1st - Obverse facing Liberty / K1
2nd - Another angle of Obverse-Liberty /K1
3rd - Obverse-facing "19" at K3 which is on the opposite side of the Reverse Rim (K3) where the Die/Rim issue is. I added arrows to point out that there appears to be a crack or break in the Rim, with uneven or additional alloy below it.
4th - Reverse close up at K3
Understanding that I'm out of my league and incapable of offering a cogent opinion, I'll give one anyway...I'm now thinking that the alloy overflow on the reverse is a Rim issue, and resulted from a weakness in the Rim when the coin was struck.
