The differences in color and texture between obverse and reverse make this seem like two different coins. I can't tell if the texture in the obverse fields comes from hits that are being smoothed by the photo. If not, MS-63.

MS-63 sounds about right. Doesn't stand out as something special.

Looks more like AU-53 to me. If it were mine I would just spend it.
