The lighting in your obverse pics appears to be completely different than the lighting in your reverse pics of your coin. The reverse pics have much more yellow/orange tones of lighting. What happened there? Other than that, your Quarter looks completely normal to me. Not an experimental planchet.

Why do you think it is experimental? Also,always remove coins from holders before taking photos when possible.

I have a few like this, the smart people here told be ita just environmental toning or something. Nothing special. I think. Unless I'm missing something

While the photography issues are being sorted out, I'm in with environmental toning. I've come across a good number of State Quarters (various years) with a similar look.
