Looks like it could be but maybe to faint to tell. It looks like there are small grease struck throughs on the reverse.

What letter do you see as dropped? Please point out the grease areas too.

To the west of the chin there is a semi-circular depression that I thought resembled the bottom of an "O" (maybe from ONE) on reverse or maybe the bottom of an "U". the small spots struck throughs on reverse are under the shield. Sorry, glare was giving me problems on this one.
