judging by the reeded edge it looks more like a cast coin.

@ott, first welcome to CCF. Second, sorry for the late reply. I agree with @nelson, that this is a likely cast fake. I think that the coin that it purports to be is a 3 Srang from the 1930s or 1940s. Here is a link to the coin in numista so that you can make your own comparison:
