But this is not a single squeeze die. It was one of the multi-hub dies.

Take a look at the PCGS high grade coin reverse on that area. That master hub needed replaced:

Thanks coop. I went to vv and Briansvarieties looking for doubling but should have checked PCGS to see a regular strike also. Master hub doubling didn't even cross my mind at the time
