I have a 1962 Proof Franklin half dollar..

The obverse has a very nice cameo but the reverse doesn't, does it still bring a premium?

Thanks in advance folks

Any chance of you posting pics of this coin @numis? That will help us to evaluate your coin.

It would have to have the cameo on both sides to be graded as a cameo
but someone might give you a bit of a premium.

If you turned it in to NGC they would probably give you a * since they typically do if a coin is cameo on one side.

That obverse cameo is nice!

What does the reverse look like?

It looks like the obverse of that Washington next to the Franklin, no cameo

It looks like the small Heraldic Eagle has a cameo on it. But that could just be the lighting due to the small design.

I see what you mean. Looks like they did not give the reverse dies the same effort they gave the obverse.

They also did not necessarily swap the dies at the same time.
