1916 Mercury Dime Seeking Help Identifying Rim Error With Multiple Strikes On Spread Out Collar?

I can see the letters faintly in the stretched rim on the reverse. I've looked or error ref and went through all the typed and can't figure it out. Thanks in advance! Report this Post to the Staff
