JimmyD Bedrock of the Community Canada 21610 Posts	Posted 10/19/2021 3:28 pm Not an error, could be something like epoxy that won't come off but it doesn't really matter as it wasn't on there when the coin was struck so it is PMD of some sort. Report this Post to the Staff
