My best guess is that it might be from Ionia. Check similar coins at this link:-

Reasonably sure it's a dichalkous of Hadrian from Alexandria. Size and fabric are right. You can make out "IA" to the right of the ram and - maybe, just barely - an L to the reverse left, which works for the date on some of these. In addition you can just make out some lettering to the upper left of the ram, which also works. Also working: the diadem tie to the rear of the obverse portrait, and the laurel wreath.
