1989 Lincoln Cent Uneven Rim (What Would This Be Called?)

Hello!

I have this 1989 Lincoln Cent that I found a while ago. When I found it, I set it aside because the rim is very thick on the one side. Would this be from the dies not being aligned straight? Or what?

Thanks a lot for any help (I hope the pictures are good enough).

John1 beat me to it. I did a little Googling and a "tilted die" (where the two faces of the die are no longer parallel) is a legitimate error.
