SoundBeing Valued Member Germany 116 Posts	Posted 10/22/2021 08:09 am New to collecting. Currently taking a look at a coin jar filled with American coins that made the move with us from the states. I found these few interesting items so far. Any insight would be wonderful: 1962 D Lincoln Penny http://goccf.com/t/409573 1964 D Washington quarter This coin seems to have a globular mohawk across the top of Washington's head. It also has a wonderful two tone reverse that is difficult to capture in these photos. Any insight would be wonderful! Thanks in advance and I look forward to corresponding with this community. coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 10/22/2021 6:40 pm The metal is moved by digging into the coin and pushing it in a new location. So it is still Post strike damage. The only time you will have a rise above the bust is when there is a die crack on that area. That is not the case. It is on the target zone for the coin wrapper damage area.
