I don't see the ear doubling. Your closeup is too extreme and blurry. Appears to me to be a fairly normal cent. Did you look it up? What attribution number is it closest to? What about diemarkers?

There is a strong marker on the 1997 doubled ear:
1997-Double-Ear-Cent?
Gouge on the rim area.
1997-Double-Ear-Cent?
Your coin looks normal from what I can see. Side by side of a normal and the DDO differences.
