Machine Doubling. I also agree, lots of glare. Try using a diffused lighting source.

Appears to be Machine Doubling, not DDO. Value is 1 cent. Could be of interest to someone who collects Machine Doubling examples, or is looking for a good quality hole filler. In this sense, the coin might bring 10 to 25 cents.
