I assume HABIB's talking about the R in REIS on the reverse? I don't think it's a genuine "R/B"; I think it's just an extra-wide, extra-thick serif at the base that appears to connect across to the tail of the R. Check out the other R's on the obverse (notably the R in REX) and you'll see they almost touch.

I think you'll find they're all like that, but I'm not sure.

all of them I can find to look at have the same anomoly . there are a few of them on ebay and on world coin sites .
