The ANS put out these 4 years ago, and I just got around to watching them this week.
Parts 1 & 2 are on the ANS future of digitization and since it was recorded 4 years ago, it's not nearly as relevant today.
Part 3 is a really fun talk by Dr. Andrew Reinhard, Director of Publications, he outlines the society's digital initiatives for publishing numismatic literature online. I learned a lot about links and other places to search for reference materials from his talk, plus he's a funny guy with a great speaking demeanor.

Part 4 - Features Len Augsburger on how the ANS works with the NNP, WUSTL, Libraries and how they all work together with the Internet Archive. Lots on scanning documents and some interesting tales and photos of the enormous project of scanning all the Coin World newspaper archives, Stack's Catalogs and then not started Glendining (now almost complete) archive of over 1400 cataolgs.
