I do believe this coin is a V-105 but my photos seem to show a doubled 84 in the date. The V-105 in Fortin does not appear to emphasize the doubling of these two digits.

I have checked all of the other varieties listed by Fortin for this date and none have these two digits doubled along with the very high position of the entire date.

It appears that this coin has the light die scratch between the E and and D: a trait of the V-105.

However, since many similarly orientated rev. scratches exist in the area, how does one clarify that this is a die scratch and NOI a PMD scratch?

Here are Fortin's shots:

To sum it up there's the lack of emphasis on the doubled 84 and the questionable die scratch. Is this a V-105 or something new since I've checked all of Fortin's varieties for this year?
