I found this today. see the raised area between the Q and U? Also the A in America and the end of Palmetto on the back. Is this due to circulation or an actual mint error? Thank you in advanced.

Nope. Cuds are at the rim.

Could be die chips or damage. Maybe a little grease in the legend.
