This is a good example of Mechanical Doubling.
Some collectors will pay a modest amount for these coins.
Others place little to no value to them.

@bug, how sure are you that this is MD? As the doubling is always toward the periphery and is not shelf-like in appearance, then I'd sooner think this is DDD. For me at least neither would add to the value.

Given the images posted, I'm thinking Die Deterioration doubling--in this case, a subtle example. No added value in my opinion.

Thanks for the opinions and info. As my name implies in a Noob at looking for collectible coins and because of your quick replies I now know not only do I need to look for doubling but the correct kind. I still want to find that DD that is still unknown to the community but now know what is DD, or MD and now there's coins that may fool me at first is DDD. Now you have to decide if this post ended with a good attempt at a bad joke or a bad attempt at a good joke
