The rest of the coin matches Fortin's pictures but the die defect is borderline.

I need opinions as to whether or not this E of ONE shows the referred-to die defect. It's in the top 200 SL 10C varieties.

Does the yellow tint on the upper right section possibly indicate that something has happened to initiate the first stages of the outward bulge of the variety?

Also, is it possible that a die could have been altered somewhat to make the top left a flat surface instead of an obvious outward rounded protrusion?
