I was just thinking on the Buffalo nickels, one side the majestic buffalo symbol of the west that was wiped out in a effort to starve out the guy on the back of the coin, who was then put on reserv then had liberty dangled in front of his face. The history I see in those coins.

Not a pretty history, in my opinion. I like the oregon trail half dollar with the native american holding up his hand as if to stop the tide of immigration.

LOL almost like it was well thought out or not that well thought out. none the less lol. I got to get me one of those now together they would be worth a good laugh when showing off the collection.
