I have been going through by salt river bay section of 2020 State Quarters today. the lighting in my house is not great I had to take pictures at different angles on my magnifier to try and ask about the OBV possible plating? look mostly at the S of salt river bay but you can see it in the other lettering as well. upon examining the rest of my other salt water bay, this seems to be the only one with (possible plating?) issues?

& because everything is so backwards when looking at the lettering here this has been giving me a headache. I was almost scared to ask about it.

Also coin contact area. Note all the devices on that area are showing the same thing on the incuse devices and on the rim area. Just a contact mark on that area of the coin.

No. Absolutely not. Quarters are clad, not plated - unless some rip-off artist does it post minting.

well that goes to say how new I am at this lol. I am always scared to say doubling bc everyone gets a bit grumpy. I am 3 weeks into this, digital magnifiers and 5 ring magnifiers,7 books including Cherry Pickers Guide both books, and I am trying to get soak up as much as I can. double anything gets me so bad, so I am reading and studying as much as I can but I am very bad at identifying them
