This is my 1946 D Jefferson nickel. I am hoping it would be considered full steps. It also has a pink tone to it. Would appreciate help grading it.

Please post you reverse image right-side up. Please show us a sharp close-up pic of the steps. These pics are inconclusive.

Yes new pic is much better. This isn't really my area of expertise, but it seems odd to me that the steps are so much better defined than the design features on Monticello just above (e.g. the columns and doorways). Could the steps be tooled or is this pretty typical?

weak strike both sides which is why the steps and text are sharper than the rest of the reverse

tough to grade from the photos. could be AU58 or MS62 it may also be details due to the obverse hits on the chin.

the coin does appear to be 4-steps and not 5. the bottom step does not appear to be separated

5 steps IMO, not rare for the date but sitll nice. Pics too blurry to grade precisely, but probably falls within AU58 to MS64.
