I will assume that the white parallel horizontal lines behind Lib's ear are on the slab. Nice reverse luster.
On that basis, I also say AU-55.

I think ICG gave it an AU-58.

I could see this rating a MS60, the reverse is sweet.

Based on your no mint comment I will say they graded it MS-63 (w/ a terrible strike even for O). I actually think like the others it is AU-55.

I'm at MS63 on this one but I can see the argument for AU55/58.

MS62 - I don't see this as an AU.

I'm OK with the assigned grade for the reverse. The obverse however definitely shows what sure looks like rub on the cheek and luster loss in the left obverse field. Grading by the obverse I'd be in the AU-55 camp. Eye appeal seems low, even for an AU.
Buy the coin, not the holder, they say!

I think you folks are confusing wear with tone. There is a lot of toning which mutes luster on a coin.

Could be toned fingerprints, which can mute the luster to some extent. Either way I can't see ICG as an accurate grading service from some of the coins that I've seen.
