Found this with a hoard of foreign coins and it's labeled Sigmond III and C. 1600. I have found similar but not this particular one. Can anyone help please?

This appears to me as a contemporary counterfeit. Its Dated 1597 but may have been made later

On a officially minted version, the date is located where the H and R are on the Reverse.
