Strange flower-like imprint at obverse side 10 o'clock position. Could it be an error? If so what type of error it belongs to?

My first thought was post-mint damage, but I don't think this is consistent with the I and most of the F in FIFTY being intact.

So, maybe a planchet defect or possibly a struck through error?

Looks like a lamination/planchet flaw error to me.
