You can see that the initials are "T.H." According to my research these are valid initials for some earlier dates. For 1818 I can only find the assayer J.J.
Interesting. Numista seems to suggest that JJ or AG are possible with AG being the rare of the 2 for 1818, though I couldn't locate any photos of an 1818 Mo-AG
It feels like this might suggest it is a counterfeit (possibly contemporary), perhaps the maker was looking at two coins to make a copy and mistakenly took one that didnt match, though I am far from an expert on this
