Mint Mark On 1972 Jefferson Nickel

Hi again from the pesky newbie. I apologize upfront for any issues with my pics. It's the best I can do. Resizing per rules seems to cause distortions for me and I haven't solved it yet.
Can someone help me out with identifying the mint mark?
At first glance it looks like a D but looking closer it looks like it has a tail and center distortion. P or D? Or maybe one on top of another?

A fairly common looking D mintmark imo. They aren't as sharp as newer coin mintmarks since back then they were punched into the die. New ones have it as part of the design on the die.
